Priesthood Sunday

This Sunday is Priesthood Sunday, when we're all asked to thank our parish priest for the great job they do. These men have given their lives in service to God and to you, their parishioners, so they certainly deserve a day of thanks! There's also a great website at PriestSunday.org that was put up by Serra International. The website includes more details around this Sunday along with a lot of other great content about priests.

So remember to honor your priests this Sunday and take an extra moment to thank them for the job they do. They deserve our respect and thanks for giving so much that we may grow closer to God! And don't forget to pray for your parish priest(s) every night.

God bless,
Jay

It takes a lot to be a priest and devote themselves to us. Thanks and prayers are certainly the least they deserve.
