The Dignity of Women

In our society, the dignity of women is being eroded at an alarming rate. I first read Mulieris Dignitatem several years ago. If you aren't familiar, it's an Apostolic Letter by Pope John Paul II on the dignity of women. And it's a message we need to hear!

Along those lines, the Pontifical Council for the Laity has launched a new site: The Dignity of Women. It's been 20 years since Mulieris Dignitatem was released, so this site is geared toward exploring Pope John Paul II's teaching in the document. It's worth taking a look at - and I recommend reading the actual document, which isn't that long.

I was alerted to this by another interesting blog, Feminine-genius, which is pretty impressive. Go check it out as well.

God bless,
Jay

Hi Jay

How do I subscribe to your blog?

I want to subscribe so I get an e-mail every time you post.

Awesome work. I am very strict when it comes to finding a good Catholic site, and yours made it. I even ordered a book you recommended.

God Bless,
Roel
