A Catholic Press needs your Help
Sophia Press is asking for help. They are an excellent publisher of Catholic books for adults and kids, but they're having an issue: slow sales have resulted in financial problems that requires help from outside.
Sophia has published some excellent books. One of my favorites is their pro-life book for children Angel in the Waters. Highly recommended for parents, since it introduces the concepts of Guardian Angels and life before birth to children. They also publish A Mother's Rule of Life and Saintly Solutions. I point those out to simply say they publish some great Catholic books - and we need as many good Catholic book publishers as possible! Not to mention that we know the owners and they are really great people.
So they are asking for your help. First, pray that they overcome this financial difficulty. Second, if you're able to donate to help them here. Third, consider buying some of their books. You can purchase them directly here or through our partner site Holy Family Catholic bookstore. It's nearing Christmas, so consider doing a little shopping early - Catholic books are always an excellent gift. Finally, consider telling friends and family so that they have the option of helping as well.
Anything you can do is appreciated. If you're a blogger, consider posting something on your site to give them a boost!
